Below is the listing we have posted on “New York Farmlink”. We are in need of a piece of ground that we could have a little more security with, than the year to year (Or less) that we have now. Looking for a farm that would adapt well, to being worked a good share of the time with horses.
A Self reliant, middle aged couple looking for a small to medium sized farm, preferably organic, to rent or lease long term. A small dairy (30 cows or less) and/or mixed animals (hogs, poultry, cows) farm preferred. We come with many years of agriculture experience, a small line of ag equipment, some animals (hogs, chickens, 4 work horses, cows) and the ability to fix, repair and make do with whatever we have available. We are currantly in central NY but are willing to relocate some distance.
