Audrey Barker-Plotain is a forester working on a project on Mass Audubon property in Lincoln Mass. It is a small harvest of approximately 15mbf of red and white pine in a 3.5 acre stand. Landing is downhill from the lot. Logs will be sawed on site. Logger will be paid by contract for the work.
This site is part of an educational farm, so the operator will have high visibility, and it is recommended that they be willing to engage with the public. There is a time constraint of completion during this summer, but they are also interested in having the best possible example, so there will be some scrutiny on references.
Since it is a farm there is a possibility that animals can be boarded there during harvest.
