I’ve only had the one, but he is truly amazing, I think I really lucked out on this one, which is encouraging after having to get rid of my naughty swiss. He positively LOVES the halter and being led about, he’s a hundred times easier to walk than my dog was! Anywhere I go, he follows happily and just the slightest pressure on the halter is enough to stop or slow him.
I didn’t realise they came ready-trained!
To be honest, I’m ready to stop now; I had thought I wanted a barnful of oxen but I have such a nice pair now, that I so enjoy spending time with, I just want to preserve that. Which is good news for my pocket 😀
