I just spoke with Andrew Judge of Swanton, Vermont. He is new to the area and is working on establishing a sustainable gardening project on some Town land in Swanton. He envisions educational and community opportunities, and would like to have several acres plowed this spring. He knows very little about animal power, and is not very familiar with the area, so he would love to have interested people contact him.
