    Just wondering if FarmerKitty or NearHorse (or anyone else from here who was at the Bee) happened to run into a little, short red-headed dynamo by the name of Kristi Kingma while there? She mentioned to me that she was there. She’s my mentor on all things donkey/driving related.
    Anyways, just curious…and would love to see any photos from there, if anyone feels like posting them…even if they are of ‘shortears’! :p

    Hey Robert,

    I just noticed this post today – sorry. I don’t have any pics from Pomeroy (or Colfax for that matter). What day was Kristi there and did she bring a team to Pomeroy? That might help me remember better. I did get to meet FarmerKitty and her family, though. Nice folks.

    Man, don’t sell those longears short! There were a lot of them doing good work there. Most of the plowing events I ‘ve been to, have a big mule hitch either a 6 or 8 (greys) pulling a 2 or 3 bottom owned by John Obermeyer from Davenport, WA. Nice unit.

    Not sure what day(s) she was there – I don’t think she took a team (they’d have been mammoth-donkeys)…she’s a tiny thing w/ short, very red hair & not shy a bit!
