Forest Planning Workshop with Ralph D. Nyland
October 22, 20108:00 – 3:30 PM
We are pleased to bring you Ralph D. Nyland, Distinguished Service Professor from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry and expert in the areas of silviculture and forest practice as the key presenter at the upcoming workshop for VWA Certified Consulting Foresters, County Foresters, and other foresters on October 22, 2010 from 8:00am to 3:30pm at Bolton Valley Resort. The workshop titled Forest Planning will focus on management prescription to address exotic insect infestations and silvicultural options for rehabilitating high-graded and/or diameter-limit cut stands. The program has been assigned 5.5 Category 1 CFE credits through SAF.
