I’ve been doing a lot of research on human shoes of late, and stumbled across this site:
http://www.vibramhoofpads.com/
(Vibram makes all kinds of human shoe soles, from minimalist to thick atheletic shoes.)
The minimalst human shoe/barefooter folks I’ve been learning from think that shoe padding causes more trouble than it solves. Is this also true for horses? I know a lot of people believe in the barefoot trim over shoeing, but if you do shoe is padding a good or bad thing?
