Been monitering your comments for some time now. Decided it was time to get my feet wet. Worked horses and mules as a teen in WV, then school and making a family put a stop to that. Went to Vet school in Okla, practiced in SE Okla for several years, sold out, worked for USDA for more years until they forgot their original purpose. Had to get out! Retired in Florida, chased out by hurricane Charlie, moved back to my home state of WV where we now live. Driving a pair of heavy Haflingers both single and team; one bomb proof and one not. Have had to replace both hips and one knee plus some back surgery so don’t move quiet as fast as I once did. Still enjoy the animals. Your web site has been very educational; keep up the good work! Welcome Fred. I too do more reading than posting on this site. I’m newer to this horse stuff than you though. Please don’t hold back any of that know how.:)
