Virulent E. Coli Strain Spreads in Germany and Puzzles Health Officials

Read this story in the local paper this morning. Thought I would share a couple of links to it. It seems to be getting worse and yet the “system” never changes. Or I should say big Agri-business never changes. Maybe some of our European friends can chime in with info from their side of the pond.

And here is one to the story of Cargill and their “attemt” at reducing the E. Coli load in cattle. That’s the ticket….. use more drugs, that will work!!! Maybe they should lay off the drugs themselves and pay attention to mother nature. She has had way more years exp. in taking care of these things.
