    I am currently teaching about energy in my environmental science classes, from production to usage to efficiency to fuel types and alternatives, etc.

    Does anybody have good technical info on the energy savings of farming w/ horses vs. petroleum based equipment. I bet it’s here, and I’m sure I’ve seen it, but someone might have it near to hand, or another link?
