    any one know of a good farrier that will do draft horses around midwest WI? I called this guy that did my moms mini’s and he would do a regular trail horse but he said he would prefer not to do my drafts….

    There is an excellent amish farrier south of Cashton WI. They bring drafts, pulling and hitch horses from 3 states to him. Lester Hersberger 608-625-6745 and leave a message. He will call you back and schedule an appointment. Real nice guy with a good sense of humor. He does my Haflingers.

    I got a guy named Josh Wickum that I’m gonna try out and see how that goes.
