Been trying to find pictures / video of the kind of snow plow, that collects the mess to be dumped in a spot more convenient than just aside. Thought we had pictures of that device in here …
    Can anyone help?

That is a great looking scrapper. The snow version will handle a bigger load of snow and I think the box lifts straight up to dump. There were pictures, but we will need to find them.

The slip scraper you can see here http://dochammill.com/?cat=12 is not what it sounds like you are looking for, but it would work for that and much more. Easy and inexpensive to make. When it is full of snow a little down pressure on the handles and it will float over the top of the snow to get to the dump site. I’ve been thinking of making one of these for myself for snow and paddock picking. I’ll send pictures if I get it done. Have do work on a mower I was given recently first. If you find what you want I’d love to see pictures.

    Donn,

I think the one you are thinking about was posted by one of our members out in the midwest maybe? I seem to remember a video of it in action, last winter or maybe the winter before? Sorry I can remember the username though, not much help.

thanks for the help; yes, I’ve been thinking of redoing one of the big snow shovels to be used like a scraper for the snow; and I enjoy the picture of the Miskin scraper, never seen anything like it … I think John of Hopewell Farm is onto what I have in mind … may be someone else comes up with the right link
