Currently seeking an entrepreneurial professional and versatile assistant trainer/instructor barn manager for our private 100+ acre “work and play” draft horse farm in western Maine. Duties include assistance with daily chores and schooling drafts for work, sport, and show. Opportunity for growth with lesson and training program, gardening, tack shop, etc. Lodging and utilities provided. Draft experience preferred but will train the right person or couple. Must enjoy and have a dedication to working with horses and the outdoors. This is a comfortable farm, an insulated barn, and 12 exceptionally well mannered drafts. Looking for mature team players.
