Hi Tim, yes have touched base with tillers. They dont really know anyone in the area,have been on the hunt for a couple weeks. Hope to have one soon,though.
droverdaleParticipantI have tryed ivermect pour on 2 times already, no change. It started up near the top of his rear legs on the inside. Just hoping to save a vet bill i guess, but will have to bite the bullet. Thanks

It is really pretty simple to train an ox with some coaching.
droverdaleParticipantThere are many things that dictate the yoke size. Long horns, fat cattle, tillers does have good info. My 6inch yoke is 47 inches from tip to tip.
droverdaleParticipantI now have 2 pair of oxen, the first pair, dutchbelted, holsten cross are pretty fast,can be a hand full hauling fire wood unless you make them do it for a couple of hours then they slow down. Then a pair or year old devons and they too are fast but slow down with work.
