Hi, I started working on a way to track memberships yesterday. I think it is manageable if I can do a once a month reminder, meaning everybody that is due to renew in the month of April, regardless of the day will get a card in the mail, or an email if they opted out of snail mail in the first week of the month. I don’t want to have to track it on a daily basis, I know I will not be able to keep up with that.

I was trying to come up with 12 draft breeds for this years GMDHA calendar and I figured since I could only come up with 11, I would have to add the Mini Draft and I could have a whole month devoted to ME and my MINIs.

I tried to make a NEAPFD album, but it said my allotment was full (probably not those words). I deleted all my old pictures. So sad. I have not tried again since that day.

I thought we were going to be able to add more photos then with the old version. It will still only allow me my 10 pictures. Is there a way I can change that? I have some pictures I wanted to put up of NEAPFD. No, they will not all be of a mini.

I know you all were working on getting signatures on the bylaws. If that has happened, I think I should have a copy of the signed paperwork. Can whoever had the original scan it for me and send me a copy? Thanks

I will get an itemized list of money in and out of the account. Keep in mind I have to work at Shelburne Farms on Saturday and will be coming down for the meeting as soon as i get out of work. Not sure when that will be. It is our big Harvest Festival. I will get the list out to the board prior to the meeting for any questions to be answered.

Joshua, glad to read that in the end all ended up safe. When the water recedes hopefully you will find limited damage to your fields. As Erika put it, it is the topsoil that you all worked so hard to develop that will be missed.

Thanks Rod, I have an easy entry cart, I was looking for something a little sturdier. I have a friend that built his forecart for his minis, I will see if he can help me find one.
