Born in the Netherlands on a conventional dairy farm, no horses. Studied bio dynamic agriculture. Picked up horse farming in the Netherlands & Germany. And in the US by spending time with the Amish. In South America I worked in agriculture with draft animals. My current work is at Roxbury Farm CSA NY State, which includes draft animal power.
