Gordon, Rio, WI is a lot closer than VT(3 hr drive) I’ll have to see if they still have it. thanks
mikeandpeteParticipantIf only you were closer. VT is a long drive form IL
mikeandpeteParticipantWalk behind or riding? I found a little info for you. Seems Plano used to be quite the town for ag manufacturers.http://books.google.com/books?id=cREVAAAAYAAJ&pg=PA857&lpg=PA857&dq=plows+made+in+Plano+IL&source=bl&ots=fe-6EADOOd&sig=lseQgYAZ9L3JcZBlwreX9vCtV-M&hl=en&ei=ZzSWS7GBH4iWtgenxeTrDQ&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=10&ved=0CCQQ6AEwCQ#v=onepage&q=&f=false
mikeandpeteParticipantI wouldn’t be too worried about running over your hay with horses or dolley wheels. My dad and me have been raking hay for 25 yrs with tricycle tractors(Farmall 560D, H, M, ect.) and never had any issues.
mikeandpeteParticipantThanks Mark. I’ll have to secure a copy.
mikeandpeteParticipantThanks guys, we plan on being very cautious whenever we get him hitched. There will be a lot of basic training long before that point though(more for me than Pete).

Very nice! Do you have the horizontal piece for the plow bridle as well?
No, but the future father-in-law has a very worn out oliver plow in his barn with all of the pieces I’m missing
mikeandpeteParticipantI hope I did this right. I think I attached a couple of pics of the IHC plow that I just bought a month ago.
