Since Jen has gotten to exec meetings, we would have info from her, and if we need to make any permanent decisions, that committee chair can run it by her before the meeting, I am comfortable with her not being there. ParticipantI have skype and used it on an old computer with one other caller at a time just fine. I was scared to use it as I am a very baby computer person. How do you conference? I am willing to learn. Reva

For the meeting on Wed. I can call you and then call the conference number as I have two lines with conferencing. The only drawback is sometimes the volume is low for the one I call. If we can get someone to call the number with us tonight, we can try it out, I don’t pay for the call as I have a flat fee for long distance with att.
I do not believe board members should have to pay more than a token for a call on a regular basis. If the above works, perhaps someone on P&E can do the same. if not then, I think that we need to look for a 800 option and pay for it when relevant. Is Ed the only one who is having this problem?
