Hi,I live between Lowville,N.Y. and Croghan,N.Y. I just found this site yesterday.Been into horses for years but just got back into drafts . I have five horses at this time, 1 half-draft, 1 App., 1 draft pony, 1 Belgian, and 1 Quarter/pony. My son has a team of Percheron/Belgian cross, a Brabant mare and a Brabant stud, a baby Brabant crossed with the P/B mare.He also has three riding horses and a Quarter horse/Brabant cross. We did all our tedding and raking with them this year,I had a ball. Seems like a nice site.

There is lots to read here and the discussions are searchable. Feel free to jump into and discussion no matter how old, or start a new one. I think that you will find that there are a lot of ways to move a log or work a field, but we have a great group that is appreciative, open and respectful of each other.
If you want to add pictures and have trouble doing so a great alternative is a link to an online photo album, like photobucket or facebook.
Glad to meet you,
Erika
