We currently direct market and things are moving along. We are looking at moving towards a CSA format, anyone here doing that: what are so does and don’t, any good start up stratigies, what crops are you growing. Any input would be great. Thank you

October 23, 2010 at 2:07 pm #62762blue80ParticipantAs an option, some people in Montana have got together to form a co-op. A for profit company purchases the goods right off the farm and does the marketing and sales.
I think the producer gets 75% if I remember correctly and doesn’t have to leave the farm.

Try “Community Supported Agriculture”.
