    I found a picture in the web, that shows exactly the same yoke that my grandpa was using on his single ox pre WW2.
    Whats the name of this kind of yoke, he was telling only from the yoke, it was probably the only style of yokes common in this area.

    over here it is called “Hals-Knebeljoch” and seems to have been used a lot in Switzerland/Austria
