I have been doing some research into farming from the 1700-1950 during my reading, references are sometimes made to curtain books for the time noted for their farming information but are not in print anymore or are just now being reprinted . I have found this site very good at finding these lost books from libraries all over the world.

Farmers of Forty Centuries.
Farming for boys.
Stephen’s book of the farm.
ABC of butter making.
Farming letters of George Washington.
And many others.
I hope this will help other members in their searches for information on farming etc.
