    Well it has hit hard here. The winds are about 50 M P H and 4″ of rain the Major hyway U S 83 is flooded. Its expected to be WORSE by tommorow, the eye is in Willacy county about 50 miles from here the storm band exceeds 140 miles in diameter. I hope it lets up soon… Several towns are under A foot of water. The N G has been called upI’ll try and update later. Plz Pray….
