Hello All: How wonderful to discover this site. I am a women’s columnist for Cornell’s Small Farm Quarterly and I have been toying with the idea of an article about women who breed, show, and work draft animals. I am curious to know if the number of women involved with draft animals is growing/decreasing; what activities or breeds/species women are primarily involved with; and what women feel is the future of draft power.
