Today we brought home Molly. She is very willing once she gets used to the person working with her. She seems like she will make a good horse.

Hey Marhall.. that is a handy looking pony you have there !! sounds as if your half way there already, and a great way to spend family time into the bargain.. best of luck with her.

When I went to look at her she didn’t want muc to do with me or the collar in my hand. After about a half hour I was sliding it on over her head. I think a little time and patience I should have a pretty good horse. She seems to be a big baby that is a little bit afraid.

I thought I heard a splash Friday at the end of your “rescue horse” thread. Good luck with her you both seem to be off to a good start. She is eating and seemed to have your confidence last week. Glad you took a shot and gave her another chance. I hope it works out.

Hello John, I had her out in harness for the first time yesterday. I line drove her single for awhile. She did pretty well. The only problem I could see is that she is afraid of her own shadow. I then hooked her with Precious, my other mare and we went all over the place. They did very well, they just need to learn to walk together but that will come with time. I think Molly is going to work out just fine.
