Thanks for asking Jared, I am just so busy right now, I don’t have enough time to make much of a post…… I am planning to at some point though.

We have a team of Belgians. I also work full time off farm for An Artistic Arborist, out of Bethel. Working both ground/climbing. While, I currently work within residential parameters, within the next few years, I would like to adapt my background into a forestry setting, as I am already very keen in Agroforesty. While I am not looking for formal horse logging education, I am looking to get my own feet dirty so to speak, or to put my own practice into motion. Our 7 acres of flood plain farming, can only skid so many logs. I have my own gear/transportation.

I am right across the river from you in Charlestown and have messaged with Jada a couple of times. I’d really like to come see your farm or invite you over or just meet up. We have a small farm here, and both my wife and I work off farm as teachers. I do a fair amount of forestry with my team of Percherons, working a 50acre woodlot and dreaming of someday making it a primary source of income. I think the most valuable thing to do now is connect people in the industry, or related to it so that maximum gain can be made from each job.
I’m going to send a message to your farm on FB to see if you are busy over the next few rainy days.Take care,

I have been holding off on marking wood because of markets, but should have a project for consideration in the near future.
