Unfortunatly my job has me spend many hours in the car during the week. Thank goodness for NPR radio! Although I do not agree with everything they say nor does it all interest me, they do run stories that keep me going. Two such stories were on this past Thursday (3-31-11) so I thought I would share them with all of you.
Some of you may be familiar with the first one. They spoke to the auther of the book “Brush Cat: On Trees, The Wood Economy And The Most Dangerous Job In America.”

The other story was about Burr Morse, a seventh generation maple syrup maker who runs Morse Farm Maple Sugarworks in Montpelier, Vermont. Maybe some of you know these guys.

These types of stories help make the miles past as it seems I drive my life away. Hope the links work and you all can enjoy!
