For Sale: We have a registered 9yr old Fjord mare named Elsa that we would like to find a good home for. She was originally brought to the farm to be a brood mare (she has had one foal). We work with a team and are training Elsa’s filly to drive, but life got in the way of the brood mare plan and Elsa is under-employed. Our small farm doesn’t require the 4th horse. She is a mild-mannered horse. She has a fair amount of riding experience, but is only green broke to drive (not a beginner’s horse). Asking $3500. We would also be willing to consider some trade for HD equipment.
