Here is my best guess. First thing we do is figure out what the best place to set up is. That way if folks have something to unload or put together, we can tell them where the event will be. I know everyone has a full schedule each day but maybe we will be able to spend a few minutes Friday just figuring out who and what we have to work with. Then I would propose putting it all together Saturday night.
I gotta go work on my obstacle!

Indoors at memorial arena if it is rainy (which it won’t be), or in the big show ring outdoors. Those areas will be in use all day Saturday, so it won’t be able to be set up until Sat PM, or Sun AM, but we can plan it out starting as soon as anyone gets there…..

Also, with a couple of sheets of plywood laid on the ground with some 1 ft high white lathe garden fence (or something else to set an edge) – you just made a bridge!
OOOPS! Is this a ground driving obstacle course? Feel free to disregard my idea!

October 2, 2010 at 10:22 am #61931Donn HewesKeymasterI hope folks are gathering their supplies to help build an obstacle course. Even just bringing your cordless drill and some screws would be a help. We should try to meet on Friday at 5 pm. just to see where we stand.
October 7, 2010 at 2:45 pm #61938dominiquer60ModeratorI will not be able to bring both the harrow and bull calves to the event, so the harrow will have to stay home, it requires less TLC for the family to take care of while I am away 🙂

If there’s something you think would fit in the stock trailer (7’w x 20’l x 7.5’h), I’ll be coming through Tuesday/Wed.
Drop me an e-mail or call my cell.
