Please forgive my ignorance… I purchased sled runners for my Pioneer forecart (has hydra. brakes). There were no installation instructions. Scanning the ‘net, I’ve seen some sites say “Remove tires and install the runners”. What about the drums? Or is it that simple-just take off the tires and pop on the runners over the drums?
I will find out from Pioneer Monday if need be. Just hoping to use the things before the snow is all gone this weekend.
Thanks.

Take the above advice with a grain of salt as I no longer own a pioneer cart and mine did not have brakes.
Good luck and have fun.Joshua
