    Hey All, I rearranged my schedule to attend the Green Mountain Draft Horse sponsored event at Shelburne Farms this saturday! Lets show our sponsoring club some support and attend this wonderful event! I’m looking forward to the barrel races in particular!

    Jean, No…just bringing my truck…gonna pick up my garden harrow from Ted’s place on the way up. Its waaay cool. I’ll post photos with Peanut or Reno dragging the thing around when I get home. See you Saturday!

    I’m definitely planning on attending. It’s the first time in years that I haven’t had a conflict being involved in a local event, the Randolph Area Family Farm Fest.

    Carl, you never ride them out of the woods back to the barn? The barrel races can be done with the harness on, so there are the hames to hold on to.

    The Green Mountain Draft Horse Association put on an excellent field days at Shelburne Farms this weekend. A lot of time, effort and planning go into this event. Thank you to all the teamsters who made this possible, for there were a wide range of demos and events to participate in.

    Jean hopefully you will post some pictures….even some of the draft horse barrel race!:)
