After 8 years of owning and operating our small farm in Randolph Center, VT we are moving to a new property in Northfield, VT. In short, this farm does not support my horse logging operation very well. With low log prices and bad weather this past year, we realize that having some woodlot of our own would provide some financial security. So, we have it listed. If we were still running a small farm operation we would certainly stay here, as it is perfectly set up for a small farm operation producing veggies, livestock, or both. The property is 9 acres with a lovely farmhouse, post and beam horse barn (three stalls, workshop, and upstairs hay storage) that we just built, six strand high-tensile perimeter fencing, pig pen, compost bin, renovated pasture, three acres of firewood, and beautiful views to the west. There is also another older barn and other outbuildings for storage. And, it is located in a neat little community here in Randolph Center with fine neighbors. We would like to see if farmed in the future. See http://www.fourseasonssir.com/homes/4490367_NNEREN-2435_Ridge_Road-Randolph-Vermont-05061 for more details. And, it you have interest or questions, please get in touch with us. Thanks.
