In Arkansas we have a threat of Thundershowers. I tried yesterday to get the harness put together for the donkey cart. It and the harness is homemade so its trial and error. I had it all together once using snaps and chain for the shaft loops. The shafts were to far apart, which caused to much slack in the chains. I have reconstruced the shafts. Now the shafts are better. Now I am trying to rig up a belly band to connect to the shafts and (homemade) cart saddle using the proper leather material. Meanwhile threat of rain and high high high humidity are keeping me indoors. Jack (the donkey) would rather that I was outside working with him. Hmmmm.
