Two Belgian Draft Mares (Cornwall., Vermont)

We have two beautiful Belgian draft horses we are interested in finding a new good home for. Both pure bred, but no papers to document.

Both mares, both between 4-5 years old. They are not shod (pasture only, so farrier suggested not shoeing them).

They are green, not halter broke.

We had them to keep our field mowed, but are looking to move toward purchasing/finding some animals which we can use to feed or provide for our families needs. Unfortunately these two girls, though our pets, would probably find a better home with someone who could spend time training and working with them.

Price is negotiable, or will trade for Scottish Highland cattle, Merino (some crosses OK) sheep, or possibly a Jersey heifer.

You must pick them up in Cornwall, we are unable to deliver them. Though we might be able to arrange delivery through a neighbor for a fee.

We can take pictures and provide them for an interested party.
