    There is a nice piece in the ‘Vermont Local Banquet’ about Erik and Erica Andrus…of Good Companion bakery…yes, our own ‘goodcompanion’, describing their renovation of an old farm and their use of draft animal power to grow wheat and make bread. Very nicely done, Erik!

    BTW, I bought several loaves of bread from Erik at NEAPFD 2008…yummy!

    Thanks Jen…that article has the finest writing on our operation I’ve read yet. The author used to work at Crown Point Bakery, so she knows the domain.
