This is a plug for Neal Kinsey and Charles Walters book “Hands-on agronomy”
Dealing with private and co-op’s for years, and attending ag college a couple years, this is information that I never knew was available as an option.

I click with their philosophy, even though the organic chemistry is way over my head. I figure I understand maybe 10% of the book, but it has changed my method of looking at any piece of ground. I find their problem solving aspect of assisting any piece of ground very intriguing….

Apparently my row cropper neighbours likes the book also, as he won’t give me the book back, after two years; but I’m gettin another anyways for the bookshelf.

If you haven’t yet, try reading “Soil Fertility & Animal health” Vol 2, by William A. Albricht Phd, This is another great book on the same subject. Available from Acres-USA web site.
