I think we are all correct, there are multiple facets that are contributing to this issue. It seems that the biggest problem is always a lack of time by anyone who gets involved, this is a hard problem to solve.
What I don’t understand however is the lack of time related to the 9000 dollar yearly investment mentioned and a forum that doesn’t work like it should. If you pay someone to built a website and a forum he should deliver. If that is not the case in ICT-land you go back to the old situation and reflect on what to do next. Now (for the forum member) there seems to be a situation where you are asked to contribute on something that is not working like in the past. That’s a pity.
