I purchased this sleigh at an Amish School auction. Not since I was a kid have I wished for snow…Today I was able to hook up one of my haflingers and we had an awesome time!!!!

We’ve been going like mad, giving sleigh rides and hayrides the last couple days…. it’s fun, and the people that show up are awesome! Had a Grandma tell me this morning that we “made her family’s Christmas”….doesn’t get much better than that!
Merry Christmas to all!

Also the britchin might be a little low on the leg and a little tight. Just my opinion, worth exactly what you paid for it. Other than that it looks way cool.

December 24, 2012 at 2:20 am #76373EliParticipantI agree with Carl, but then I looked at the way I had my harness adjusted and thought I should keep quiet. I was going to put a colar harness on gypsy but couldn’t find her colar and the next one is 24 inch she could almost jump through it. At some point I want to get a cutter sleigh but will use the training cart untill then. I also prayed for snow ror the first time in years. Yesterday I had scarlet my curly mare hooked to the cart/sleigh for the first time lets just say it was a lot more exiting. Both your set ups look great have fun and Merry Christmas ! Eli
