    How do you get to said map?

    Hi Rod,

                  you have to create an account then sign in, then you can register your place on the map and edit if you have to.

    To clarify – you need to create a Google account.

     

    Also – careful when “placing” your icon on the map.  They can be easily moved – even other people’s markers.
