Jean did a GREAT job – the program is at the printer, but you can view/download/print your copy here… (below)

Looking to be a great weekend and the weather seems promising (in other words, we’ll have some).

It appears that the file was too large, I contacted Bekah and I hope that she is able to post it here or on the page for the event.

This looks great guys, were looking forward to the weekend. Quick question.. we sent in our reservations for tickets, dinner, and camping about a week and a half ago. Should we expect to receive something back in the mail to have in hand when we arrive at the event, or do we pick up the tickets and camping reservations when we arrive? Thanks again.

    Hi Joel & Analisa,
I just send confirmation info out this morning – in case you don’t get it, here is the info:

If you have not yet pre-registered for the event you still have time – but not much! Click here to go to BPT site to purchase tickets online. Please do NOT send your form by USPS this week – I have so much on my plate and don’t want to miss it. BPT will be open until Wednesday morning. Thank you!

    Here’s what you need
to know about logistics at the event for folks who have pre-purchased
    their tickets:

    1) At the Gate:
    A. When you arrive at the Fairgrounds, watch for signs telling
“Pre-Registered” folks where to go. On Saturday morning there will be a
separate line for cars containing those folks who have pre-registered (just one line on Friday).
    B. Have someone in your car who is not pre-registered? No sweat! Since
you have *mostly* pre-registered people in your car, go to that line and
our admissions staff can help you with an additional ticket or two.
    C. Your name will be on a list, so tell the ticket agent your name and
they will cross you off and give you a wristband to wear throughout the
    event.

    3) Parking: Once you have your wristband, follow signs across the track
to the parking area. Please park thoughtfully.

    4) Camping: Follow signs across the infield and across the other side of
the track to the camping area. There will be someone there, they will
give you your camping pass (your name is on their list). Please put that
on your dashboard face out so it is easily visible from outside the
    vehicle.

    5) T-shirts: Stop in at the DAPNet Info Table in the Milking Parlor to
pick up your T-shirt(yup, you’re on their list), poster, copy of Stephen
Leslie’s book and other great stuff.

    6) Saturday Dinner: If you bought a ticket, you’re on that list too!
We’ll check you in at the door.

    7) Wish your name was on a list that it isn’t on because you figured
you’d do that when you get there? Go to the DAPNet Info Table to
    purchase camping, t-shirts, etc.

    8) If, heaven forbid, there is an issue with your name NOT being on a
list where it SHOULD be, please ask for me at the DAPNet Info Table and
they can page me. We’ll get it straightened out, I promise.
