I was slip scooping again today, I thought I would share some photos. I made the scoop out of an old tractor dirt scoop, wheelbarrow handles, chain, and other scrap. I put a board across the back so I have somewhere to sit. It was fun work, and taught my horse alot of patience while I have to adjust, shift, dump, etc. Patience is probably what she needs to work on the most. Also, she needs to learn that mounds of snow are not going to hurt her, she got over that shyness after a couple rounds! She’s young yet, just 6.

Looks like fun. Then again doing anything using horses is fun.
