    Sugaring with Draft Horses:

    Join Bob Capobianco and his family in their sugarbush in Washington, VT on Saturday March 16th,10a.m.-4p.m.. Bob will share over 30 years of experience with his draft powered syrup operation. Aside from getting a tour of the sugarbush and Bob’s operation, attendees will help teams of horses draw gathering tanks. So, bring a plastic bucket or pail to join in!

    This will be a fun, interactive, outdoor day so come dressed with plenty of layers and clothes to keep you dry. If the snow is deep then snowshoes are advisable. Please bring a potluck dish to share at lunchtime. Please NO DOGS.

    At the end of the day we will raffle off fresh maple syrup to benefit the Draft Animal-Power Network. Call Bob at 802.883.2333 to register, space is limited so be sure to call.
