This is a general listing of the equipment and animals expected to be sold at public

auction on or about May 4, 2011. This is a list of the current assets on site. There is no

promise or obligation of the County to sell each and every item on this list as the County

is still considering retaining some of these items. This list is posted to assist those

formulating responses to the recently published RFP for the lease of buildings and land of

the Cheshire County Farm.

Numerous other small hand and farm tools are also expected to be sold and are not

specifically listed here. The auctioneer will determine, with the owner, which of these

items will be sold and whether any minimum bids will be required.

This listing is not intended to change or remove any obligations by or between the

County and the auctioneer. The intent of the county is to sell the equipment and assets of

the current dairy operation but to retain, if possible, fixtures essential to the milking

operation.

This list should be considered informational only and should not be strictly relied upon

for RFP purposes. As always, buyers should rely on their own inspection of these items

as the time approaches for the auction or other purposes.
