Western NY Draft Horse Experience

Hi everyone,
I live in the Rochester, NY area and recently completed a draft horse workshop at Fair Winds Farm. I’d really love to continue working on my teamster skills (or even just get more general exposure to draft horses) with the long term goal of working with draft horses as the power source for a vegetable CSA. Does anyone know of any one farming or working with draft horses in the Rochester area? Any help or ideas of someone (or an organization) to contact would be greatly appreciated.

If you join the New York State Draft Horse Club, they often give a paper copy of the member directory (ask for one), there are hundreds of members. Perhaps you can find some one near you on their list that is open to helping you out.
